Our own member Derek Dowling gave display of his many railway postcards covering the whole spectrum of the railway in Great Britain and its history with an in-depth study of the Great western railway,
As an added bonus on the evening we were delighted to meet Dorothy Parsons as an honoured guest, The new wife of long time member and friend Cyril Parsons.
Society members made Dorothy most welcome and expressed their wish to see her again at future meetings.
